The Role
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for working with customers, the Datacom Customer Group and across Datacom to organise and progress delivery of Deskside and Field based desktop support and infrastructure services. Day to day tasks will include such things as working with services teams ensuring that we are delivering to our contractual obligations, extracting reports for review, identifying opportunities to improve our customer’s experience, building strong and long term relationships with the delivery teams, identifying improvement opportunities for your customers, point of contact with customer Service Delivery and Operations Managers etc. This Christchurch based position works under the leadership of an Operational amp; Delivery Manager and with other experienced Service Delivery Managers to deliver services to key customers.
The Person
We are looking for someone that is obsessed with getting an outcome for customers and able to build networks both internally and externally. The Service Delivery Manager will also need to produce work that is of a high quality and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to have an understanding IT and IT processes. The ability to maintain close relationships is critical so excellent interpersonal skills is a must, and previous IT Service Delivery Management experience would be really advantageous.
