About The Role | Te Mahi
We are looking for a Regional Talent and Culture Advisor to join our South Island operational team on a Fixed Term basis to support Sudima Christchurch Airport and Sudima Christchurch City Hotels. This role will provide cover whilst the current Talent and Culture Advisor is off on longer term leave. As an experienced HR generalist the role is based at Sudima Christchurch Airport and will work two days a week at the Sudima Christchurch City, our 5* hotel in Salisbury Street. You will provide HR support to the operational managers and staff in the hotels and ensure training, development and growth of staff. The role reports to the Regional Talent amp; Culture Manager - South Island and will be part of the growing Talent and Culture team in Christchurch.
