Position Information:
Invenco’s cloud team is looking for a Solutions Architect within our Cloud team, that has strong people skills and excellent coding experience. Our cloud solution is a key aspect in the additional services that we're able to provide to our customers. We have a great team and are looking for someone who can take things to the next level.
Key duties will include:
- Participate in the delivery of solutions that will meet defined expectations.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and professionally is a must.
- Drive rich architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
- Build deep relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong hands-on skills with pragmatic style, backed by theory and best practice.
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the team.
- Act as a technical liaison between key stakeholders.
About you:
You will either be an experienced Solutions Architect or a Senior Software Engineer that participates in solution architecture but hasn’t moved into an architect role.
In addition, you will have as much of the following as possible:
- 5+ years software development experience as a Senior Developer.
- Solid experience with DevOps practices and AWS \ Azure.
- Experience in solution design and implementation of AWS \ Azure based services, including IaaS, PaaS and serverless offerings.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Object Orientated and Scripting languages i.e. C# amp; Typescript.
- Experience with OOAD and software design patterns.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of various database technologies, including relational.
- Experience with code testing and code quality metrics.
