Switched On Housing is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager/General Manager to join our team in the Hawkes Bay Office. Your previous experience will see you contribute positively to the success of our Maintenance Partnership (Te Mahi Ngatahi) with Kainga Ora.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer your will lead our teams in Gisborne, Hawkes Bay and Palmerston North, providing direction across these multi-site delivery teams. You will be responsible for all contractual, operational, assurance and customer experience functions and activities of Te Mahi Ngatahi.
Pulling on your leadership experience you will be able to lead and inspire your leadership team. You will be able to rally the teams, pivot and adjust operational functions to ensure we are meeting our KPI targets
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
