About the roleAs part of our journey to become the most customer driven retailer in the world (we like lofty goals!), we are looking for a Customer Enablement Manager to lead the Customer Enablement team, coordinating the execution of our key deliverables in this space.This is a new role with a focus on ensuring we deliver world class customer experiences in all parts of our business. Working with our Customer and Digital Retailing team, you’ll engage with both internal and external stakeholders to enable us to meet these objectives and exceed customer expectations.
In this role you’ll: · Provide planning and forecasting for the programme deliverables then manage the workstream to ensure key bodies of work are completed in full and on time· Contribute to the cadence and governance of the Customer Driven programme of work· Lead the retail implementation of digital and loyalty improvement experience across all channels· Lead, guide and develop the team, setting strategy, road map and KPIs to execute the Customer Enablement Roadmap
In this role you’ll gain broad exposure across our Co-operative and will provide support to a body of work that is instrumental to the delivery of our key strategic objectives.About youWith a working knowledge of project tools and methodology (think Prince2, PMBOK and Agile), you’ll ideally have experience working on customer programmes where deliverables and outcomes are a key focus. A planner through and through, you’ll be able to think outside the box and provide solutions while working collaboratively with the wider business to meet shared goals.
