Magma Healthcare are a nationwide healthcare provider who are leading the way in providing women’s and men’s healthcare services and are expanding their reach across the country. We are looking for virtual Receptionists/Administrators to join and support our growing team.
The role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for any patients, making them feel welcome, comfortable and supported while they’re in our care. You’ll also provide day-to-day administration support to our doctors and nurses by managing all incoming and outgoing communication (referral letters, GP letters, texts) to patients, keeping files and records up to date, and a whole lot more.
How can a receptionist be virtual?
Well, at Magma we make it happen! We’ve made the step to do a lot of our work virtually to have more reach across NZ and to make things easier for our patients. We have the technology in place and you’ll be given all the tools needed to make sure you can do your role well.
You can be based in Palmerston North or Wellington, or anywhere in between. You’ll work from the comfort of your home while still providing the best customer service our patients deserve.
Ideally, you’ll have some experience in administration and reception (doesn’t have to be medical). Your customer service will be second to none and you will have the go getter attitude to get stuck in. Being proactive and self-motivated will be your top strengths to succeeding in this role.
