Job Description

Absolute Traffic Solutions have been around for 11 years, and over this time we’ve grown our team and commercial contracts twofold. Our quality traffic management service means we’re known for delivering complete end-to-end support for civil projects, special events, maintenance upgrades and more. We pride ourselves on the work we deliver, and the team that gets us there.

We have created an exciting new role and it’s not just another standard recruiter role you see flooding the job boards. Here you’ll get the balance of both the operational day-to-day recruitment scene with a big picture strategic view into retention. You’ll work alongside the HR Manager and Director to develop and implement a retention strategy, and deliver the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles, partnering with our leaders to attract and recruit great people.

Day-to-day won’t always be the same, and it’s fair to say you will be working in the fast lane! We’re looking for someone who will:

  • Explore and implement innovative ways and opportunities for us to attract and retain talent.
  • Deliver the end-to-end recruitment process across all roles in our organisation.
  • Build relationships with people leaders, adding value through your knowledge/experience.
  • Coach people leaders on best practice throughout the recruitment process, building capability.
  • Revamp and refresh our recruitment process and systems.

Who we are looking for?
You’ll bring proven experience in a high-volume recruitment role (agency or internal), driven by long lasting results, not just another placement.

You keep relationships and reputation front of mind, always. You’ll be a go-getter who thrives in a BUSY role, and someone who is happy to change gears and directions often. You’ll think big picture, wont shy away from a conversation, and will show pride in your delivery and the people you bring on board.

This full-time, permanent role will be based in the Wiri office, with flexibility to work from home a couple of days a week.
