About us:
Absolute Traffic Solutions have been around for 11 years, and over this time we’ve grown our team and commercial contracts twofold! We’re a NZ owned company operating in Auckland and we’re known for our quality traffic management for civil projects, special events, maintenance upgrades and more. We pride ourselves on the work we deliver, and the team that gets us there!
We offer a complete end-to end service from planning to execution, and we are looking for a Planning Coordinatorto keep the wheels turning behind the scenes and to ensure that our traffic management plans are top notch. There’s lots to learn and opportunities to grow in these roles, and within our business too!
Day-to-day won’t always be the same, and it’s fair to say you will be working in the fast lane! You’ll be organising supporting documents required for TMP submission, preparing quotes and estimates, attending meetings with management, clients, local government, and future works and more.
Who we are looking for?
People who are ahead of the game, who keep people in the loop, and dig in when it gets busy, or the pressure is on. And, while there are routine elements to your job, it operates within a changing environment, so at times you will need to change gears and make decisions without having all the total picture or manager around (and will be confident with this).
Based in the Wiri office, these are full time positions, working Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
