Requirements

Work with a high performing team in People, Performance and Culture, to assist in the execution of the ultimate employee experience. You'll be providing support to the PPC Team, across a broad range of HR amp; Talent Acquisition initiatives. This role presents the opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of Pamp;C, this is a great role for an individual looking to develop their career within HR.


What you will be doing

  • Provide a dedicated high quality, customer focussed, first-line advisory for all operational HR amp; Talent Acquisition queries
  • Record and maintain information in HR Information Systems to contribute to the production of HR reports, data and metrics with a high level of integrity and accuracy
  • Support and advise employees and managers on the application of HR policies and practices and use of HR systems
  • Produce monthly reports to provide detailed and reliable analysis to support HR amp; TA to business decision making and identify opportunities for policy review or new initiatives
  • Manage sensitive concerns and information in a professional, confidential and ethical manner
  • Manage benefits, employee engagement and rewards across the business
  • Assist in on-boarding new employees, ensuring that all documentation is received and processed, help execute all day 1, week 1 onboarding activities for all new starters


What you will bring

  • Experience in a busy and varied coordination HR or TA/Recruitment position, preferably gained within the technology or a similar fast-paced sector
  • Experience supporting projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly with managers and employees
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to plan own workload
  • A team player with the ability to also work autonomously and use own initiative
  • Takes pride in the quality of work and has good attention to detail
  • Technology savvy with strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Forms
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), preferably with experience using BambooHR and Workable
