We are currently seeking applications for Room Attendants and Housekeeping Supervisors for our Sudima Lake Rotorua Hotel. Our hotels are experiencing high demand, so to support our operational teams deliver exceptional service that ensures our guests make the most of their day we are welcoming back in-house housekeeping teams across our hotel.

Entry-level roles do not require any prior hotel experience as full training will be provided. You will however need to have a positive attitude and be fit and active for the role and embrace our company values.
Working as a valuable member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for providing timely, hygienic cleaning, servicing and presentation of guest rooms and hotel public areas, along with reporting any health and safety issues and maintenance or technical needs within your work area. Your days will be active but never too busy for a warm welcome to our guests, check-in with your manager or teammates or a shared lunch with your hotel colleagues to celebrate a birthday or a job well done.
For our supervisors and leadership roles, demonstrated experience leading a team, and good understanding of hotel service standards along with a growth mindset and willingness to develop yourself and your team. At Sudima Hotels we embrace innovation and technology so being comfortable with technology would be a plus as well as living and breathing our company values.
All roles require entitlement to legally work in NZ amp; ability to pass a police and reference check and be available for a minimum of 2 shifts per week. We are happy to discuss your availability and see what we can do!
