You’ll enjoy working from our Lower Hutt based office with flexibility to work from home.
The role is working Monday to Friday, full-time between 7am-7pm (on a roster).

What does the job involve
- Leading and developing a team of Customer Support Consultants
- Ensuring Customer enquiries are resolved promptly to the customer’s satisfaction and handled at the first point of contact
- Monitoring and reporting team activity and performance
- Motivating and coaching your team to build their skill and knowledge base
- Building a positive team culture
What you’ll need to bring
- Experience in leading and motivating people
- Energy and motivation with strong problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and databases
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Payroll knowledge would be advantageous
