You’ll enjoy working from our Lower Hutt based office with flexibility to work from home.

The role is working Monday to Friday, full-time between 7am-7pm (on a roster).

What does the job involve

• Leading and developing a team of Customer Support Consultants
• Ensuring Customer enquiries are resolved promptly to the customer’s satisfaction and handled at the first point of contact
• Monitoring and reporting team activity and performance
• Motivating and coaching your team to build their skill and knowledge base
• Building a positive team culture

What you’ll need to bring

• Experience in leading and motivating people
• Energy and motivation with strong problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of CRM systems and databases
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Payroll knowledge would be advantageous
