YOUR ROLE
We need to replace our amazing Resourcing Project Manager who is going overseas (and will be greatly missed). This role supports the qualitative team with organizing everything to do with our focus groups and field work. It is a great role for someone who likes to have a busy day with lots of moving parts and is a great communicator and people wrangler.
You likely have 3-4 years’ experience since graduating, have familiarity with recruiting research focus groups space agency, or you may be a recruiterkeen for a change.
Your main responsibilities are:
Hands on project management
· Recruitment for qualitative focus groups and depths
· Internal and external files are set up and maintained, all information is appropriately documented and stored
· Fieldwork resources are managed, boards are set-up, and stim, invitations, pre/post-tasks are sent and collated.
· Project set up and fieldwork happen on time, and to the required quality.
Client experience and stakeholder management
· Clients receive an amazing experience, are kept up to date and reassured.
· Project leads and clients are regularly updated on the progress of recruitment and project.
· Post-project review process is conducted with project team and learning shared.
Cost management
· Incentives are managed and passed on for payment.
· Project costs are managed to budget, approval sought fir any additional costs.
Supporting the Qual / Strategy team
· In-day support to stakeholders, i.e., tech support, host briefs, is provided
