We’re an online payroll software business, that helps over 18,000 small and medium sized Kiwi businesses stay on top of all things payroll and feel confident that they’re paying their people right.

We’re proudly owned by Datacom, one of the largest IT businesses in NZ, so we have access to some of the smartest people out when it comes to making software awesome, secure (and compliant of course)!

You’ll enjoy working from our Lower Hutt based office with flexibility to work from home. We are looking for people who can work 5 days per week 7.5 hours per day between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday.

What we’re looking for

• A people person to join our Help Desk team.
• People who can provide excellent customer support to our clients.
• Good technical and analytical skills.
• Previous experience working in a customer support or similar based role.
• A knowledge of payroll or software would be an advantage, but not essential.

What does the job involve?

• Responding to and answering phone and email queries quickly and professionally
• Investigating and problem-solving issues for customers
• Entering accurate notes into our CRM database
• A sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.

What you’ll need to bring:

• Great verbal and written communication
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Experience working with Microsoft Office
• A team player with the ability to work autonomously
• A great sense of humour
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent customer service skills while working in a fast-paced environment
• Empathise with and prioritise customers needs
• Interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base.
