The Dynamics 365 Famp;O Functional Consultant must be effective in fostering executive level relationships. You will play a key role in leveraging partners and offshore teams as part of the overall Microsoft services delivery model. Additionally, you will assist to improve the mapping of industry specific requirements to the functions of the new Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations platform. The Functional Consultant will participate in all phases of the ERP Strategy program of work including workshop planning, requirements gathering, solution modelling, design, implementation, test execution, user training, and post go-live support.
Requirements
Experience with Dynamics 365 - Finance and Operations with good understanding on all or any of these
a. Trade amp; Logistics (Order Processing, Inventory Management, Warehouse operations (Pick, Pack, Dispatch), Master planning, Product life cycle management)
b. Procurement amp; Sourcing (PO processing, Vendor Management, Purchase requisition, RFQ processing, Vendor catalogue, Contract management, Price and discount, PO receipts, Vendor payments, Vendor Portal)
c. Order Management (Sales Order processing, Drop Shipment, Kitting, Pick-Pack-Dispatch and Transfers, Inventory reservation, Customer Portals, Price and Discounts, Consignment inventory etc.)
d. Financial operations (GL, AR, AP, Budgeting, Cash amp; Bank Management, Fixed asset)
Ability to apply advanced analysis skills in principals of the Dynamics 365 for Finance amp; Operations Solution to provide detailed, reliable solutions and estimates for service implementation.
Up-to-date and in-depth experience with implementations of Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 Famp;O
Advanced business knowledge in ERP solutions, and relevant fields within one or more industries.
Deliver effective strategic presentations to audiences of varied sizes and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Client focused and ability to think outside the box (Creative and innovative)
Extensive, relevant work experience including expertise in enterprise architecture and business solutions deployment.
Provide quality oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines and changing priorities.
