As an SDR at Fergus you are an integral part of the growth of our business. Reaching out to tradespeople within NZ and AU you will be expanding our new customer portfolio through warm outbound telephone and email based interaction. Your role is to turn opportunites into leads as well as helping the team to qualify and convert inbound sales leads.
Reporting to our NZ Regional Revenue Manager, you will receive full training and work collaboratively with our revenue teams with clear goals and KPIs to help you succeed. You will be doing meaningful work which results in life changing impacts to our customers lives - you will actually see your contribution making a difference!
Requirements
- Experience in customer service and outbound telephone based support is advantageous.
- Experience with the plumbing or electrical industries would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and cold-/warm-calling.
- An ability to develop excellent customer relationships, primarily through telephone or email based conversations.
- Ability to work independently, manage workflow and task lists
