About The Role | Te Mahi
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Pou Arahi o Kimi Kaimahi, to join our South Island Talent and Culture team to manage and coordinate effective and efficient recruitment for staff in our hotels across the South Island. Supporting operational managers and Tamp;C Advisors you will help to ensure a fantastic employee experience through sourcing, attracting and onboarding candidates through the recruitment process. We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is passionate about people and hospitality whilst being highly pro-active, organised and service orientated. We have one passion - You. We deliver this through caring, working together and ensuring we do the right thing by our people every day. This role will report to the Regional Talent amp; Culture Manager - South Island and you will be part of the growing Talent and Culture team in Christchurch.
