We’re looking for a change mastermind
As our new Senior Change Manager, you’ll partner with our customers to achieve organisational strategic priorities through people-focused change management. In this critical role, you’ll lead change activities at all levels, helping both to design effective change strategies and embed new ways of working all with a human-centred approach.
We’re looking for someone with proven change management experience, and experience working with Agile teams. You’ll need to be able to deliver business outcomes within the Organisational Change Management discipline, making sure everyone in the process understands their obligations and that they’ve got all the information they need. You’ll also need excellent analytical abilities, along with strong administrative and organisational skills.
