We’re looking for a change mastermind
As our new Senior Change Manager, you’ll partner with our customers to achieve organisational strategic priorities through people-focused change management. In this critical role, you’ll lead change activities at all levels, helping both to design effective change strategies and embed new ways of working all with a human-centred approach.
We’re looking for someone with proven change management experience, and experience working with Agile teams. You’ll need to be able to deliver business outcomes within the Organisational Change Management discipline, making sure everyone in the process understands their obligations and that they’ve got all the information they need. You’ll also need excellent analytical abilities, along with strong administrative and organisational skills.

We’ll need you to be able to:
- Partner with project managers, Datacom delivery teams and our customers to understand needs, come up with solutions and deliver outcomes, with the flexibility to meet changing customer needs
- Proactively manage transformation, change and adoption for programmes of all sizes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in change management, bringing thought leadership both to Datacom and our customers and supporting the continuous evolution of our change approach
- Manage all change and communications activities, including identifying and responding to issues or risks
- Prepare and deliver information sessions, presentations and other communications
- Design and deliver training programs
- Communicate technical concepts and align them with client business goals and objectives.
