Due to continued growth and new business we have an opportunity for someone to become part of our Midlands team, where you will be supporting both local and national customers.
About the opportunity
We're looking for a Graduate or Career Changer that is ready to join our Onsight Solutions Team. This role is challenging, interesting and integral to the service we provide to our clients. As a Graduate you will be supporting a variety of different IT environments, at times on-site with our clients, providing desktop and engineering support. You will be working closely with our clients so outstanding communication and customer service is an essential focus in this role. Your professionalism will be a key strength together with your technical ability.
What you’ll do:
Over time your responsibilities may include
- Shadowing our senior team to support a number of clients (varying locations) valid NZ driver’s license and your own vehicle are required
- Building and supporting end-user devices (PCs, laptops, thin clients, printers, mobiles, tablets).
- Diagnosing faults / troubleshooting / problem solving.
- Network support.
- Windows desktop and server support.
- Building productive working relationships across a variety of colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
- Continually innovating in your work environment.
What we're looking for
You don't need to come with experience, we can provide the training but being a creative problem solver is a must.
Due to our client base you will also ideally you will have NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
We're open to full time and part-time working schedule, so if you're still studying this will be a great way to build practical skills while gaining hands on experience.
