The team is actively involved in multiple projects at any given time, and with multiple customers providing a wide range of technologies and opportunities in both the project and BAU space there are ample opportunities to learn and grow.

What you’ll bring to the role
As a Senior Systems Engineer, your knowledge, and more importantly ability to learn and apply your skills, will lead to success in the role and for the team. You are someone who takes pride in customer service, delivering great outcomes, and enjoys helping end users in their use of technology.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has passion and pride in everything that they do
- Willingness to learn new things
- Has the knack to easily multi-task between our varied client environments
- Confidence to engage with our clients. and talk them through issues that may arise or changes that can be made to provide business and technological benefits.
- Is honest and transparent communication with excellent organisation skills

- Able to support and mentor other team members in growing their capabilities

- Commvault amp; Commvault Metallic
- Veritas Netbackup amp; Backup Exec
- Veeam
- Arcserve amp; Arcserve UDP
- IBM Spectrum Protect (Tivolli)
Desirable Technical Skills:
- Storage Technologies
- Cloud Technologies (AWS, AZURE)
- Microsoft and/or Linux Operating Systems
- Virtualisation Technologies
- Systems monitoring tools
