The ideal candidate must have a passion for usingdata to unlock potential in the higher education and public sector spaces. The ideal candidate willbring a mix of commercial and customer support skill, technical know-how and a can-do approach towork with our customers within the sector. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong senseof ownership and is interested in making a significant impact. Further, the ideal candidate excels in a fast paced, ever-changing environment; and is looking to deliver sustainable outcomes that continue to propel our excitinggrowth.There is already a small team based in Christchurch but we welcome applicates from across New Zealand.Sounds exciting right? Primary Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Relationship Management: Responsible for overall ownership of the client relationship including pre-sales, onboarding, training, support, and retention.
  • Product Offering Knowledge: Take a proactive interest in the application of labour market and skills data and its use within Lightcast products in the public sector and higher education spaces, drawing upon technical support/our economists where appropriate.
  • Customer Voice: Acting as the voice of the customer you will seek to understand customer problems and work closely with the other colleagues working in the APAC region, and colleagues in product, research, sales, and marketing to develop the right solutions for the market.
  • Customer Success: You will also provide frontline, technical support and training to ensure users are well equipped to maximize the use and value derived from our tools and services. Content creation in the form of webinars, training materials, and case studies will also be an important part of this role. Your work should result in client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

  • Ability to work well independently but also as part of a team distributed across multiple geographies (UK, Italy, Canada and NZ).
  • A clear appreciation for the key areas that can be influenced by insights from the labour market to meet our customers’ own mission and purpose.
  • Experience working with and supporting SAAS tools
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years’ experience in a related field or a combination of educational and experience that provides the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge, and ability required to perform the job.
  • Experience in using quantitative data analysis, tools and techniques to understand and improve performance.
  • Experience of managing relationships within large, complex organizations.
  • Experience of creating training materials and other supporting media, e.g., webinars.
