Working withnumerousstakeholders across the business (domestic amp; international) as well as connecting with external agencies and advisors to ensure effective value delivery and meaningful adoption of solutions for NZTEexport customers.Working with the Digital Commerce Capability Lead youwillimplementthe right tools, and rituals to effectivelydeliveracross the programme.Ensuring projects areresourced,planned,and communicated, coordinating people and processes to delivervarious projectson time, within budget and with the desired outcomes.This is akey role in connectingthe dotsacross the globe,identifyinggapsfor export customers and our internal teams, mitigatingrisk,andbringingstakeholderson thedigital commercejourney.What you’ll need to be successful: O?PukengaAs a key connector for this programme of workyou will haveexperience in quickly embedding yourself within in-flight projects, able to developstrong, trustingrelationshipstosuccessfully engage stakeholders,externalagenciesand advisorsacross the globe.Youwillbe superstarorganiser, highlydetailed andsomeoneknown to beaccountablethatcanmove at pace to deliver.You willbringhigh empathy for businessesand an understanding of how digital commerce and digitisation can drive success for a business on the global stage.You will bringexperience in product management or service deliveryas youwill havehadresponsibility for developing and managing delivery of business improvement programmes to the private sector.What’s next: Teara?ki?tuaA detailed position description can be found here Programme Manager Digital Commerce
