The Opportunity
Our award-winning Risk Advisory team are seeking a driven, well-rounded individual who is passionate about health, safety and wellbeing and demonstrates an energy for supporting businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to materially develop your career as a professional in our growing Risk Advisory team in Auckland.
You will engage with people and help them understand the benefits and risks of health, safety and wellbeing to become a trusted advisor. This is a fantastic career opportunity to develop your skills and experience, to take the lead on key aspects of engagements, mentor junior staff as well as well as working with more senior people on a variety of work.What your day might look like:
  • Lead fieldwork for Hamp;S reviews
  • Draft report and presentations
  • Conduct interviews and workshops with client teams
  • Communicate risk and controls impacts relating to Hamp;S
  • Project manage elements of an engage
  • Support junior team members through training and leadership
About you. To be considered for this position you will ideally have:
  • 3years plus years’ experience in a position focused on providing advisory and assurance support in health, safety and wellbeing, risk management, and/or environment, sustainability management, either within industry, or for a consulting firm
  • Ability to lead engagements, build relationships, mentor junior staff, run workshops and presenting to stakeholders.
  • Experienced in conducting reviews/audits in health and safety and/or wellbeing, sustainability management. Understand the impacts of workforce risks as it pertains to health, safety and wellbeing.
  • Excellent time management skills, keen to enhance in project management skills
  • Understands the relationship between health, safety and wellbeing and sustainability management
