  • You will work with a team of passionate colleagues, coached by Directors and Partners, working on some of our client’s and New Zealand’s most complex and pressing issues.
  • You will be working with client executives across a wide range of exciting organisations to understand their challenges and solve their most difficult strategic issues. Working collaboratively is a core value practiced every day.
  • You will work in renaissance teams, comprised of a variety of disciplines that bring together health strategy, health economics, commissioning, provider operation amp; performance, digital health, population analytics, change management, clinical informatics and many other specialists, working towards a common purpose and outcome.
  • Your roles may change, from ideation through to design, implementation and operations, depending on client needs and the impact we seek.
  • You will be expected to contribute to developing trusted and respected client relationships, creating and sharing eminence, identifying opportunities and being a great leader to your teams.

You are someone with:
  • 3-10 years demonstrated experience, managing and delivering strategic change and tangible improvements in healthcare.
  • A growth mindset who embraces innovation and has a track record in finding and applying digital tools to improve healthcare outcomes.
  • Strong quantitative and analysis skills, able to uncover the heart of problems, identify root causes, offer clear solutions and drive change.
  • Ability to communicate, present and contextualise complex ideas concisely and accurately while adjusting style and tone to suit your audience.
  • Ability to understand client issues and work with a cross-functional team to meet these challenges head-on.
  • An evidence-led mind-set, which researches facts, thrives on analysis and is judicious about making objective choices.
  • Experience and passion for developing and mentoring a diverse and inclusive team: If you have experience already, then you enjoy seeing the next generation of practitioners grow and develop and you take pride in mentoring them.
Ideally your background and track record would also entail:
  • Leadership experience in facilitating cross-agency or diverse stakeholder groups towards a shared vision and joined outcome.
  • A cross cultural background, with the ability to speak more than one language, with an appreciation of different cultures and preferably some experiences in a Maori or Pacific context.
  • An understanding of Te Tiriti and its implications for how we need to improve equity for Maori, but also Pacific people and other vulnerable populations across or healthcare system.
