This is a fantastic new Senior role! Growth Practices covers Cloud Platforms, Intelligent workspace and Networks and you’ll be a key part of our leadership team helping us to drive operational excellence across all capabilities.
The Opportunity:
As part of the Growth Practices Leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of the business through sales and delivery of customer engagements. You’ll contribute to our strategic planning, and lead Assurance participation in customer bids.
Although the responsibilities are wide and varied, they can be grouped into four main areas:
Leadership and business management: Work with the Growth Practices leaders to develop and execute strategy to ensure ongoing business success. Lead and manage the team in the delivery of the strategy and yearly objectives. This includes activities to ensure staff wellbeing and engagement.
Customer Relationship Management: Review relate feedback and engage directly with customers to truly understand how we are showing up.
Customer Delivery: You will always be looking for ways to improve our services and evolve our offerings in market
Business Operations: You will drive internal and external improvement plans and manage risks on behalf of Growth practices relating to customer delivery, day to day busines operations and our processes and systems.

The person:
We are looking for a passionate person who will take responsibility as one of our leaders of the Growth Practices business in New Zealand. This role is for someone who is motivated and loves achieving real business results with problem solving and team work focus. A fundamental part of this role is being able to engage with existing customers and driving operational excellence for new services into new customers.
You will have experience delivering a wide range of operational services, service improvement plans, commercial management and compliance audits. You will have strong leadership skills and be passionate about our people.
You will be able to think outside the box and challenge the norm - always looking for how we evolve our services so they are market relevant
