Roll up, roll up we’re looking for people like you to join us as we take our guests on one heck of a journey!
Inspired by the Academy Award-winning Weta Workshop, and made by its artists, Weta Workshop Unleashed takesguests on a journey through a reimagined film effects workshop and explores make-believe movie worlds of horror, fantasy, and sci-fi.
We’re seeking outgoing, down-to-earth, and enthusiastic crew members to help us deliver a world-class and unforgettable experience. No pressure!
Key tasks will include:
- Welcoming guests with passion and gusto
- Guiding them through a fantastical FX film experience
- Bringing the World of Unleashed to life through delivering 90min guided experiences
- Taking guests through an immersive and creative experience
- Selling and processing tickets
- Helping our excited guests start a collection of their own by sharing your enthusiasm, in depth product knowledge and sales focus, creating a retail experience like no other
What we’re looking for?
- Previous host, retail/sales, guiding or guest service experience
- A passion for movies, visual effects, graphics and novels
- An upbeat, enthusiastic outlook and commitment to excellent customer experience
Hours:
Opening hours are 8.00am to 9.00pm, 7 days a week so we’re looking for people to work across the day and week on a casual basis to cover school holidays, weekends, public holidays and event work.

We’re on a tight timeline so if you’re shortlisted for this role you’ll need to be available to attend:
- A group interactive interview on Saturday 11 September, time tbc
- 7 days full time training Friday 24 to Friday 1 October
- Work across the October School Holidays - Saturday 2 to Sunday 17 October. Days amp; hours tbc
