Job Description

We’re a Kiwi FinTech founded in NZ in 2017. We’ve experienced rapid growth and are now a global business, with offices in Australia, New Zealand amp; the United Kingdom. We’re committed to responsible lending and offering customer-led products and services. We’re humbled to see how many new customers and Merchants are signing up for our Buy Now, Pay Later product. We think it’s a pretty exciting time to join.

We've launched some exciting new products and are continuing to grow our customer base so are looking for Customer Support (CS) Specialists to join the team from now until the end of January 2022. Ideally you'll be available for full time hours and have some flexibility in when you work (we provide 24/7 support via our Global CS team) - we're happy to discuss whether the role is fixed term or casual depending on your availability amp; you'll have flexibility in working location.

Requirements

In this role you will be responsible for: responding to customer queries via ZenDesk, working as a part of the global team (NZ amp; the UK) to achieve team KPI’s, learning about CS trends, keeping up to date with issues and building relationships with the Laybuy team and our customers.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about Customer Support, loves helping people and resolving queries
  • Has excellent written amp; verbal communication
  • Is resilient, positive self motivated, driven by challenges, open to feedback, loves to learn + flexible to change
  • Is a team player and thrives on meeting team KPI’s
  • Systems savvy - you pick up new tools quickly
  • Ideally has experience in a similar email-based role or retail environment
