We've launched some exciting new products and are continuing to grow our customer base so are looking for Customer Support (CS) Specialists to join the team from now until the end of January 2022. Ideally you'll be available for full time hours and have some flexibility in when you work (we provide 24/7 support via our Global CS team) - we're happy to discuss whether the role is fixed term or casual depending on your availability amp; you'll have flexibility in working location.

Requirements
In this role you will be responsible for: responding to customer queries via ZenDesk, working as a part of the global team (NZ amp; the UK) to achieve team KPI’s, learning about CS trends, keeping up to date with issues and building relationships with the Laybuy team and our customers.
