About The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Director you will play a pivotal role integrating, driving and enabling business performance outcomes as we spearhead our commercial growth. With sharp commercial thinking and understanding of changing trends, this role will operate as an advisor and influencer of best possible commercial outcomes through a combination of real time analysis and future focused strategy.
This business operates in a fast-paced, changing environment and you will need to be ok with having multiple things going on at any one time. You'll have the confidence and communication skills to walk around the business to collect or share the information needed to keep things moving.

Your responsibilities include:
- Analysing financial trends, understanding revenue and margin performance to provide clear recommendation
- Planning amp; Forecasting
- Pricing amp; portfolio profitability
- Risk management
- Understand, analyse, review, and deliver ad hoc data amp; insights requests
- Lead the delivery of reporting amp; analytics project
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analysis to generate true insights
- Build executive reports
- Assist with merger and acquisitions
- Use predictive modelling to tell the users what will happen next, how it will affect the business and provide insight as to how improve
About You
You will be a qualified commercial professional with exceptional skills to get buy-in from stakeholders. You will also be a proven business partner preferably within FinTech, Utilities or FMCG industry and have demonstrable experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting for a complex business.
To be considered for this role you will bring with you:
- CA/MBA qualification
- A minimum of 10+ years relevant experience
- Confidence in presenting data, generating insights, and projecting back to LT or teams
- Ability to assess the reliability and integrity of information
- Build effective relationships across the business
- Strong prioritisation amp; time-management capabilities
- Strong quantitative amp; qualitative skills
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills to disseminate information to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Significant experience with communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Project leadership/management experience desirable
