As an Online Store Specialist, you’ll work closely with the Digital Commerce Team and stores to ensure an authentic and compelling customer experience for our digital customers.About the roleOptimising processes and leveraging technology, you’ll be part of the team that unlocks the power of digital, leap frogging our competition while future proofing the Cooperative. To do this? You’ll proactively identify and provide training and coaching around online retail, instilling a culture of best practice across the FSNI eCommerce store network with a focus on cost optimisation and growth.Key tasks include:· Maintain a set call cycle of your territory achieving sustainable and profitable growth · Identify, comprehend and translate online data into meaningful actions at a store and centre level· Establish and maintain effective relationships across your store network, gaining credibility and influencing changeAbout youEngaging and approachable, your knowledge of retail processes and operations will be next to none! Your ability to build relationships, ask the right questions and influence at all levels will enable you to identify, coach and improve processes across your territory resulting in online growth.
