About the Role
You'll join a team of professionals who would enjoy working with customers to find technical solutions for their business problems, focusing on Modern Workplace technologies.
What you’ll do
- Gather, analyse and understand ICT business requirements from clients
- Contribute to pre-sales and sales engagements with clients
- Explain complex technical concepts with clarity to technical and non-technical personnel
- Design Cloud Infrastructure solutions - Producing designs and as-built templates as required
- Liaise with customers, other Datacom business areas and any associated third-parties
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of the benefits of relevant technologies including industry certifications
What you’ll bring
- Experience with Cloud infrastructure solutions is essential, with a particular focus M365 delivery.
- Ability and willingness to be self-managing and proactive
- Confidence to engage with our clients, and talk them through benefits of the solution you are recommending
- Aptitude to work within a team and the wider Datacom, providing technical guidance on projects
- A commitment to training, up-skilling and professional development.
