Requirements
Assist analysts, consultants, and technical resources on a Programme of work associated with
our core business systems NetSuite and OpenAir, (ERP and SRP) focused on.
- BAU support activity
- End user training and support
- Unit testing and UAT support
- Be involved in Projects and Initiatives
- System enhancements and optimizations
- You will also need to support project managers and analysts with their work.
What You'll Bring
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly
- Have some project admin/coordination experience.
- Be familiar with waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Have some Business Systems experience - ideally worked on ERP programmes or similar projects.
- Understand core business processes, such as; Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Project to Cash, etc.
- Have some Finance/Accounting knowledge. Understand AR, AP, Pamp;L, Balance Sheet, GL and other
- Know what a test plan and test scripts are. Comfortable conducting end to end testing and capturing the results.
- Confidence to be able to work with internal stakeholders and lead and contribute to conversations.
- Comfortable training end users
- Flexibility and adaptable.
- Able to manage multiple tasks at one time, effectively managing your time to keep things on schedule.
- Fast learner and problem solver.
- Comfortable taking on new challenges.
- Supported or been involved in projects where you have performed or taken responsibility of business analyst tasks and deliverables.
