We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join our Global Operations team at EROAD! This exciting role is key to the supply chain, driving analytics and KPI visibility for insights that inform better decision-making and more effective operations.

About the role

Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Director, the Distribution and Refurbishment Manager is responsible for the overall Penrose facility, including core warehouse tasks, accurate stock management and control, shipping, and the manufacturing and delivery of units from the refurbishment line into stock. This person will be the recognized key pathway into the facility for the wider EROAD business.

As the Distribution and Refurbishment Manager, you will have a passion for leading and empowering people. Your ability to foster a collaborative, positive environment along with your strength to uplift capability will be highly valued. You will ensure the efficient operation of Inwards and Outwards Goods, in line with company protocols and methodologies, by demonstrating excellence in operations, administration and coordination with other EROAD Business Units.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will/have:

  • Demonstrate outstanding leadership to inspire and motivate a customer first culture and commitment to positive outcomes
  • Ability to work with limited supervision on a remote site, taking ownership of that facility.
  • Methodical approach and right first-time mindset, with thorough attention to detail and an excellent level of accuracy
  • Proactive and results-oriented with strong problem-solving capability
  • Able to champion a business and user’s view
  • High energy, with the ability to multi-task and manage ever-changing priorities

You have:

  • Previous site management experience including staff management
  • Working knowledge of the Health amp; Safety At Work Act 2015 requirements of PCBUs
  • 5+ years warehouse/stock control experience, incl. exposure to manufacturing
  • Knowledge of lean, Kanban, Kaizen or best practice methodologies
