About The Role

Your day to day involves:

  • Processing all supplier invoices for Cardlink Systems
  • Coding and processing all supplier invoices for Business Fuel Cards ensuring all discounts are taken up and invoices paid on or before due date
  • Ensure all invoices are approved in terms of the Delegated Level of Authority
  • Reconcile all supplier statements
  • Liaise with managers of relevant departments to resolve any queries on the invoices
  • Respond in a timely manner to all Merchant queries
  • Set up new Merchant accounts when new merchants are acquired, and make adjustments to merchant accounts where necessary
  • Ensure all Merchant payment files are processed on time
  • Take ownership of the payroll process from end to end
  • Ensure all staff are paid accurately and on time
  • Ensure leave balances are correctly accounted for
  • Liaise with the Payroll providers to get payroll payments made
  • Ensure all supplier invoices are processed according to monthly deadlines to enable to accruals to be determined and posted timeously.


About You

To be considered for this position you will have:

  • 2 + years proven experience in AP, finance administration and support across multiple business entities (both new Zealand and Australia)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable with learning and operating a number of different systems
  • High attention to detail
  • Operated in an international environment
  • Experience in a high volume accounting environment
  • Experience in a commercial finance support function in a company with high volume of transactions
  • Experience with merchants, retailers or external customers a bonus
