With a brand new sales department on board, we are on the hunt for experienced sales professionals to join our growing New Zealand inside sales team.
Selling to NZ businesses, you get to skip late nights, rotating rosters a simple 9-5 role.
About the role
Your role is key to growing our New Zealand business. This involves talking to companies across the country and signing them up to one of our Fuel Card Products.
You will be dealing with inbound calls, warm outbound leads, and able to work to build up your own sales funnel.
Your role in a nutshell involves:
- Making outbound sales calls to potential B2B customers - these are warm leads who will have received a direct mail marketing piece from us
- Identifying sales opportunities by offering our suite of services to customers
- Providing world class customer service to new and existing customers
- Objection handling
- Building strong internal amp; external relationships
- Taking part in weekly team incentives
About You
As an experienced sales specialist, you will bring with you:
- Enjoy the challenge of closing sales
- A passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
- Experience in financial or insurance markets
- Proven experience objection handling
- Strong verbal communication
- Ability to ask high quality questions, listen and sell persuasively
- Experience using CRM / Salesforce a bonus
