Job Description

Our client is New Zealand's largest privately-owned outsource Contact Centre; they serve a diverse range of national and multinational corporate clients.

Our client is seeking a reliable, self-motivated oriented agent with a customer service background Someone who is ready to make our customer’s day, every day. Adaptable to a wide range of in-house systems and processes, and to a wide variety of customer inquiries. In this role, as a Customer Service Representative, you are part of a team that service large and long standing clients. Our client promotes from within and coaching and training is a big focus.

The hours for this role are: Monday to Sunday 4 days on 4 days off - 12-hour shifts. 7pm - 7am and 8am - 8pm. 40hrs a week.

Requirements

Our client is looking for people who:

  • Have a strong passion for customer service, previous experience in a customer service position is a benefit
  • Show a desire to achieve
  • Excellent communicator (all levels)
  • Able to work the graveyard shift on a roster rotation.
  • Available to start ASAP!
