Our client is seeking a reliable, self-motivated oriented agent with a customer service background Someone who is ready to make our customer’s day, every day. Adaptable to a wide range of in-house systems and processes, and to a wide variety of customer inquiries. In this role, as a Customer Service Representative, you are part of a team that service large and long standing clients. Our client promotes from within and coaching and training is a big focus.
The hours for this role are: Monday to Sunday 4 days on 4 days off - 12-hour shifts. 7pm - 7am and 8am - 8pm. 40hrs a week.
