Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for a Principal Planning and Policy Consultant to lead our team in Dunedin!

This role focuses on developing 4Sight’s market reputation, revenue growth, and the leadership of the Dunedin team itself across multiple disciplines. As a Principal and Regional Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the growth and development of 4Sight in the Dunedin and wider Otago and Southland regions. This role will be supported by the National Planning Manager and other Regional Managers.
We are looking to achieve, and are committing to, significant growth over the next five years. Therefore, you will be required to provide input into strategic planning and operational processes, implementation of specific elements of these, and the monitoring and reporting of progress and outcomes. This will include the identification and development of new service offerings and acquisition of new customers. To assist with the development of 4Sights’s market reputation, you will be required to commit to an appropriate level of industry networking and relationship development and fostering this culture within the team.
To support this growth, you will be responsible for the identification and recruitment of new professional staff.
Due to the competitive nature of this work, this role requires sound project and financial management, and building delivery teams that meet the client’s needs while addressing risk to 4Sight.
