Our CRM amp; Collaboration team in Auckland have been implementing CRM systems for more than 10 years with local and international customers and have established a highly capable and extremely knowledgeable team over that time.

We are a rapidly growing Salesforce practice in Auckland and across New Zealand, we are seeking a Leader in our Auckland team who will help support the continued growth of our people and the business through your customer relationships and engagements.

About the Role

As the Salesforce Practice Lead you'll have the opportunity to combine your excellent leadership experience with your passion for building strong relationships with customers and our other internal teams. You will support the achievement of business outcomes through the development and optimising of policies and processes, ensuring efficient and effective project and BAU outcomes.

Some of what you’ll do

  • Develop and support your people with performance related focus.
  • Leading the and developing the culture and engagement of your people.
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers to ensure open lines of communication and escalation.
  • Collaborate with other lines of business roles, to deliver seamless service from all service lines to a single customer.
  • Oversee income, expenditure, and performance as it directly relates to the profitability, sustainability and customer delivery of projects for Datacom.
  • Ensure projects are moved successfully from sales to delivery, then from delivery to BAU.
  • Work together with the sales teams and other internal teams on pre-sales opportunities including project planning, costing, and proposals. Seek and create opportunities that enhance the achievement of business outcomes.
  • Work to create collateral including Linked In posts, whitepapers, go-to-market strategies, pre-sales methodology/tools and developing presentations that support pre-sales.
  • Contribute to business area strategy and business planning as required.

What you’ll bring

You'll bring your excellent leadership experience that sees you successfully motivate, support the growth and engagement of your team. You'll have a broad knowledge of IT technologies and the Salesforce eco-system and be passionate about relationship building with clients, with a strong customer focus. You'll have experience in a Professional Services environment and a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
