About The Role
We're looking for a new Quality Analyst to safeguard developments and ensure they're delivered to the highest possible quality.
You will be working with our business analysts, development, technical architects and other members of the IT and Business teams to efficiently develop robust test plans, improve overall QA processes, execute testing and work meticulously on identifying defects and then managing ownership of defects with development to full resolution.
Your role in a nutshell includes:
- Creating test strategies from business requirements and detailed designs
- Undertaking the construction of Test Cases and execution
- Managing and own defects to 100% resolution
- Working with the Dev/QA team to own the entire system quality ensuring defects are resolved on time and test cases executed and passed
- Building and maintaining QA regression test suite
- Showing leadership with internal or external parties with UAT set-up testing guidance
- Owning and driving a defect to resolution rather than push back to development
- Advising and communicate key risks if a defect is accepted to meet tight deadlines
- Maintaining test automation script to fulfill regression testing needs
- Demonstrating both regression and performance testing to help prevent future issues
About You

To be considered for this role you will bring with you:
- Minimum 5 years in the workforce with a broad range of experience in QA
- Tactful assertiveness and being objective in testing
- Good interpersonal communication
- Great attention to detail
- Patience
- Ability to communicate and adapt
- Great time management
- Ability to think outside the box
- Experience in building up a test automation environment using Selenium and SpecFlow
