About The Role
We are looking for an experienced business analyst to help identify transformation opportunities within our organisation and to successfully manage the implementation of the projects and initiatives that contribute to our employee and customer journeys and business growth.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing implementation of projects and initiatives, coordinating commercial, sales, technical and operational work streams.
- Analyse proposed projects and make prioritisation recommendations based on predefined criteria (e.g. return on investment, productivity, compliance).
- Perform business analysis to identify risk and improvement opportunities, and form solution recommendations that contribute to ongoing process standardisation, unification and optimisation and drive growth within the organisation.
- Create consensus with business functions as to the timing of solution or initiative delivery
- Collaborate with architecture and operations teams to ensure technical aspects of solutions are aligned with customer needs and business strategy.
- Develop a full understanding of internal and external customer needs and evaluate opportunities to address unmet requirements
About You
To be considered for this position you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or other related field, or 5 years with a broad range of business analysis and project management experience
- Minimum 5 years in the workforce with a broad range of experience in business improvement, service delivery or enabling functions, process design and improvement, ideally in the fuel, oil, banking / finance or transaction management industries.
- Successfully managed and implemented numerous commercial and customer facing projects
- The ability to assess and prioritise competing demands across a complex business environment
- Excellent negotiation skills and be comfortable communicating with and presenting to stakeholders at all business levels.
- Ability to think through problems and make actionable recommendations.
- A strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness, and the ability to negotiate and influence across the business.
