About The Role

We have a number of exciting full-time opportunities to join our growing Customer Experience team with Monday to Friday hours and a killer team of service driven superstars.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and solution driven responses to customers and merchants across New Zealand and Australia via phone and email.

Key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Taking inbound calls and handling customer queries over the phone and via email
  • Talking to other human beings on the phone and treating them with respect and empathy
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers
  • Managing and resolving queries within SLA's
  • Account and Card maintenance
  • Validating and processing transactions
  • Educate customers in understanding our products
  • Credit control and risk assessment

About You

The ideal candidate will be a team player, eager to learn, who has a great can-do attitude, strong communication skills, good time management and the desire to make a difference.

Bonus points if you're from a contact centre background. You do need to live in Auckland and be prepared to go through a background check.

In addition, you should bring the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in customer service and/or contact center
  • NCEA Level 3 or equivalent 7th form (including maths)
  • Computer literate Proficient in MS Office Suites. Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems while interacting with customers
  • Ability to prioritise and a strong attention to detail
  • Able to solve problems, follow processes and work under pressure
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills
  • Team oriented, communicative and respectful
