What will you be doing?
We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Administrator who will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, and will be responsible for the creation, monitoring, maintenance and receipting of purchase order transactions within our ERP system.
In this busy, varied role you will be responsible for:
- Raising and receipting Purchase Orders in a timely manner
- Receipting of Inventory and Product Returns
- NZ amp; Offshore Vendor Payments
- Filing all Documents relating to Supply Chain products and services.
- Inventory Management
- Prototype Cost Allocation
What we’re looking for from you?
- 2+ years Accounts Administration experience
- Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Previous knowledge in a similar environment is an advantage.
- Previous knowledge of an ERP system is an advantage.
