With teams based in the mountain towns of Wanaka New Zealand, Squamish Canada and Innsbruck Austria we are looking for the next addition to our growing crew.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Projects Manager to join our global brand and marketing team based in our global headquarters in Wanaka NZ.

  • You will track the progress of the creative and marketing teams work, ensuring what we produce hits the brief, budget, market needs and be on time.
  • Help identify and manage priorities with the Creative Lead, continuously managing priorities to meet both short and long-term needs.
  • Distribute content to our regional teams and ensure we maintain a coordinated strategy.
  • Manage the retail and brand communication calendar ensuring all brand and design activity brings the energy and style we are recognised for.
  • Identify when their is a better way by mapping and developing processes that drive greater integration and efficiencies.
  • Review, evaluate and communicate the performance and outcomes of marketing activity across all channels.
  • Manage operational relationships (e.g. key agencies and suppliers), ensuring consistent delivery of marketing obligations and monitor performance of suppliers.
  • Oversee campaign expenditure and ensure budgetary controls are in place and worked to.
  • Ensure Mons brand is accurately represented in all campaign work, maintaining brand standards and disciplines.

Requirements

You are:

A collaborative doer, who helps teams build on each other’s strengths and get through the hard stuff.

Flexible enough to work in a dynamic, fast paced and global brand.

A problem solver, who can balance competing needs against each other.

Structured and detail oriented you work well with and love hitting deadlines.

You have:

A marketing background will be looked on favourably.

Previous experience managing the output of a team.

Experience working with creatives, within an agency, brand or events team.

Experience owning a budget and working within it.

You have ninja level skills when using task management software, like Trello, Monday, Planner.

NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residence.
