About the Role
As Senior Functional Consultant, you will use your extensive, hands-on experience implementing Salesforce solutions first and foremost. You’ll directly engage in the solution sell, drawing out the customer need and offer a resolution leveraging the breadth of the Salesforce application. You will work closely with local sales and customer advocacy teams in pre-sales activities as a subject matter expert in bid or tender engagements.
What you’ll do
- Work across projects with high profile clients, building and solidifying trusting relationships with our clients
- Salesforce solution design including business analysis, and leading customer workshops
- Mentor, lead and support other team members
- Configure Salesforce products to support your consulting activities
- Post-implementation support of customer environments.
What you’ll bring
We would expect you to have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Salesforce delivery management, business analysis, and technology implementation. You’ll ideally have come from an ICT professional services business in a customer facing role.
You will be able to demonstrate the below:
- Broad knowledge of the Salesforce platform to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a Salesforce solution
- Solution design (functional amp; broad technical)
- Broad knowledge of IT Technologies and other MS Office Applications
- Practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce controls
