The Talent Acquisition team work together to fill roles and pipeline Talent for Datacom offices across New Zealand and Australia. We have team members across the board with specialisations across different technologies and skill sets. We’re dedicated to proactively sourcing and seeking out the best talent to deliver our services.
About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced IT recruiter to join us on a contract to help us meet our growth targets. You can be based in Auckland or Wellington - Let us know if you're in another region though and we can have a chat.
You’ll work roles end to end, including taking job briefs, screening, interview scheduling and generating offers. The roles will be spread across New Zealand, and you'll also be prepared to support Australia. This is a varied role where you’re encouraged to use your initiative and champion new ways to tackle the challenges of our markets.

- Build and maintain effective relationships across the business
What you’ll bring
You’ll be a team player with a professional attitude. We are focused on finding someone who understands urgency and loves working with people. You need to hit the ground running so you'll be familiar with IT recruitment, preferably in the Software applications space.
You’re a positive individual with a good customer-centric attitude, where no task is too small. You’ll have the ability to adapt and work in a flexible, collaborative, and high-pressure environment. You’ll love a challenge that allows you to think strategically outside the box, but also enjoy running an end-to-end process that ensures you deliver and prove the promise.
