You’ll across national customers base and join likeminded Integration experts who take pride in what they do and who they do it for.
About the Role
Tasked with managing the on-going relationship with key integration clients, protecting and growing the revenue from these relationships. You will take responsibility for ensuring the operational success and growth of customer integration platforms.
What you’ll do:
- Support Management: Define and build support processes, ensuring that all contract SLAs are meet and that the appropriately skilled and prepared resources are available from across the wider Integration Service Line.
- Customer Engagement: Manage the day-to-day relationship with integration customers, ensuring the growth of these relationships.
- Works Delivery: Identify, size and deliver integration on-going work for customers
- Subscription Management: Manage the service line subscription revenue.
- Commercial and financial management: Manage the operational budget for contracted services, including month-end processes, invoicing and reporting.
What you’ll bring
This a role for a technically capable person moving into a management career. A solid understanding of project and/or support management processes with applicable experience in at least one of these areas is needed. You will be happy rolling your sleeves up with hands on delivery, so you need to have experience implementing end to end Integration solutions in the past and be up to date with the latest technology
You will be results focused, caring about the outcomes of your customer and maintaining and growing a mutually beneficial relationship.
An understanding of and/or desire to learn about financial management, scoping work and the development and implementation of repeatable processes will be key to your success,
