Job Description

Support the migration of customers to Actionstep by working closely with our partners, using technical tools to facilitate successful go-live and helping our migrations platforms grow. You will be responsible for building and maintaining tools and best practice and collaborating closely with the engineering team.

Actionstep is growing and looking for an onboarding specialist who is interested in progressing their career.

As an Onboarding Specialist it will be your task to oversee and collaborate with our partnerships team to progress our migrations and onboarding platforms through technical contribution and consistently great communication with our partners and clients.

Requirements

  • A relevant tertiary qualification, code academy qualification
  • Professional development experience
  • Understanding and experience working in a scrum environment
  • Knowledge of PHP or other relevant languages
  • Great written communications
  • Experience with and fluency in PostgreSQL or other relevant SQL languages
