We are looking for a competent IT Support Technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. An excellent IT Support Technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with tight deadlines and tricky scenarios.
This role is part of a small IT team based in our Auckland studio, supporting over 180 onsite employees and our regional studios in Wellington and Christchurch. As a multi-disciplinary design studio, it would be beneficial if you had industry or design resolution experience as we use industry specific software such as Revit, Adobe Design, AutoCAD, etc.

You have 3 years+ experience in an IT internal support role, preferably in an architectural or engineering environment. You will have a thorough understanding of networks, Microsoft desktop operating systems, laptop builds, office applications and Office 365. You’ll also by familiar with AD, NTFS and file permissions.
