You will love this role if you are looking for a challenge and the opportunity to make a valuable contribution to a truly global organisation.He aha tau e mahi ana | What you'll be doing:This is a strategic, creative, leadership role, where you will ensure that our creative and content projects achieve NZTE’s strategic brand objectives while delivered on-time and on budget. You will be an astute marketer, with the ability to bring clarity and insight to creative and content briefs. You will be responsible for managing our content and creative production pipeline, prioritising and ensuring efficient team resourcing. As a senior leader, you will be operationally strong to ensure our resources are commercially deployed to deliver world class work to our customers.Ko nga mea ka hiahiatia e koe kia angitu te haere | What you'll need to be successful:You will likely come from a marketing or creative agency background and be a proven leader who is known to deliver and inspire. Someone who really knows how to shape creative briefs and manage this through to implementation by deploying the right skillsets and expertise to effectively deliver to briefs. You will truly understand the big picture of the marketing strategies you enable through delivering creative and content and be passionate about supporting others to deliver outstanding outcomes. You will be a leader who inspires and motivates others to grow within their current role and beyond, and you’re someone who builds strong relationships, relates well to people and has outstanding communication skills.Ideally you will also have the following skills:·Awesome customer focus ability to identify needs and customer insights and distil into creative and content briefs that meet organisational objectives.· Problem solver use initiative, be forward thinking and decisive with decision making while staying cool under pressure. - Super attention to detail, incredibly accurate and with great presentation skills.·Great at prioritising and planning with the ability to juggle multiple projects while eliminating roadblocks and creating focus for self and team.·Tech savvy with great analytical and reporting skills.·Skilled at identifying key insights across large information sets (data and anecdotal) and making them meaningful for leaders with a skill in clear, simple, meaningful messages.
