About the Role
This is a React Lead role to work on our SmartPayroll System. The SmartPayroll System is a SaaS Online Payroll Product helping more than 20,000 clients to with their payroll needs. Our ideal candidate will have a lot of experience working with React and React Native; also have great ability to solve technical problems and design good technical solutions for the rest of the development team.
What you’ll bring
- Passion for writing clean, straightforward code and follow good software development practices
- Experience with React
- Experience with React Native
- Experience with GIT
- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience in Team leader or senior developer role
Responsibilities
- Leading technical culture throughout the team
- Making sure deliverables are on time and in high quality.
Mentoring new technical talent and ensuring stable, resilient platforms are developed
Creating frameworks which can easily be used by the rest of the development team
Completing complex development tasks which require a senior developer
Analysing technical requirements and identifying how they relate to the guidance
Assisting in the creation, design technical and functional specifications
Participating on project meetings.
