He aha?tau?e mahi ana |?What you’ll be doing:?
You'll use your organizational superpowers to provide essential support to our General Manager Export Customers, freeing her up to focus on what’s really going to shift the dial. You will use your stellar planning and communication skills to create a calm, structured environment where the leadership team can thrive.
A typical day could include calendar planning and email management, creating a broad range of written communications, travel bookings, financial administration, stakeholder management, and information management using a range of technology and systems.

We are looking for someone with a flexible approach who makes sound judgement calls. You will be an amazing relationship builder whose enthusiasm and energy are contagious. You’re someone who is genuinely passionate about your work and committed to keeping everyone and everything on track. You have amazing attention to detail combined with an ability to keep an eye on the bigger picture.
A sense of humour is a must, as is the ability to self-manage and shine during times of ambiguity - because sometimes we don’t have all the pieces of a puzzle, but we just need to keep things moving. We have great digital technology here so being tech savvy is important. Some experience in a communications role would also be a bonus.
