Key Tasks
- Customer service and assists customers in locating products, correct sizing and colourways
- Merchandising of the store and replenishing stock on racks
- Using point of sale and eftpos systems for sales transactions
- Accurately count and balances cash register and receipts
- Communicate with Head Office team in Wanaka to provide any product feedback
- Continuously strive to reach sales targets
- Report back to the manager on any product feedback or insights from customers
- General tidying of the store, cleaning when required
- Abide by occupational safety and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and all company employees
Requirements
- Experience in a retail or customer service role
- Knows and loves the Mons Royale brand
- Outgoing and friendly person
- Proactive and organised
- Responsible and Reliable
- Cash-handling experience
